Sample Resignation Letter

Resignation letter is a type of document that formalizes your intention to leave the company and the reasons for your departure.

Generally, you should provide your employer with at least two weeks notice before you resign. However, some circumstances require you to resign with more or less than two weeks notice.

A professional resignation letter should contain the following details:
